fifteen years. Dr. Rubin has spoken at local colleges, and has been quoted
in local Dr. Sharon Ng-Yow, O.D.Dr. Ng-Yow is also an accomplished Optometrist who began her career in New York City and and has practiced here in Rockland for over thirteen years. Like Dr. Rubin, she pays meticulous attention to the care of her patients and their eyes.
